Alaskan's Balto of Anadyr "Ace"

This incredible dog, owned by Natalie Norris, retired at Jedeye Kennels. Finisher of 4 Iditarods and one Hope race (a 1000 mile race from Alaska to Siberia) as well as several 200 and 300 mile events, "Ace" completed every race the team entered without an injury. Ace is 11 years old in this photo. He is the sire of Orso, Duece, Ewok, Punto, Smart, Ed, and Kenzi at Jedeye Kennels. Ace lived to be 16 years old and was happy and healthy until his last day.
